Membership Questions

How Memberships Work

How does billing work?
You're billed monthly via Stripe on the date you sign up. Payment is secure and you'll receive an invoice by email each cycle. No hidden fees. The price you see is what you pay.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel through your Stripe billing portal or by emailing booking@sandhillsshine.com before your next renewal date. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
How do I schedule my monthly services?
After subscribing, you'll receive a scheduling link through FieldKey, our booking system. You pick the dates and times that work for you each month. We send a reminder 24 hours before every visit.
Do unused visits roll over to the next month?
Visits do not roll over. Each monthly cycle includes your plan's services fresh. We recommend scheduling as early in the month as possible to get the most from your membership.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Reach out to booking@sandhillsshine.com and we'll adjust your plan at the start of your next billing cycle.
