What does The Front Nine exterior detail include? +
The Front Nine includes a full exterior hand wash, iron decontamination, clay bar paint decontamination, deep wheel and tire detail, exterior window polish, and trim dressing. Iron decontamination and clay bar remove bonded contaminants — rail dust, tar, industrial fallout — that a regular wash leaves behind. The result is a genuinely clean paint surface.
Does The Front Nine use a clay bar? +
Yes. Clay bar treatment is included in every Front Nine service. After the hand wash and iron decontamination step, the paint is clayed to pull out anything still bonded to the surface — road tar, tree sap, overspray. This is what separates a proper detail from a standard car wash, and it is why the paint feels noticeably smoother after The Front Nine.
How long does an exterior detail take? +
The Front Nine takes approximately one hour for most vehicles. Larger vehicles — full-size trucks, three-row SUVs, and vans — may take slightly longer. You do not need to be present for the service. Leave the vehicle in your driveway, and we will text you when we are on the way and when the job is complete.
