No. The crew brings all equipment and water to every appointment. You do not need to leave a hose out or have a spigot near the driveway.
Do I need to be home for the car wash? +
No. Leave the vehicle in your driveway or parking spot and the crew handles the rest. You get a text when they are on the way and another when the job is finished.
Is a hand wash better for paint than an automatic car wash? +
Yes. Tunnel washes use spinning brushes and cloth strips that carry grit from the cars ahead of you and drag it across the paint and leaves fine swirl marks. A hand wash uses clean wash media and pH-balanced products on each panel, which cleans the paint without scratching it and is safe on ceramic coatings and PPF.
