Our services

Sandhills Shine Mobile Detailing ("Sandhills Shine", "we", "us") provides professional mobile auto detailing services in Pinehurst, NC and surrounding areas within 30 miles. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Booking and scheduling

Appointments are confirmed via our online booking system or by phone. We require accurate vehicle information at the time of booking. Pricing displayed on our website is based on standard vehicle condition — excessively soiled vehicles may be subject to additional charges, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service in cases of severe weather, unsafe conditions at the service location, or circumstances outside our control.

Cancellation policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We will notify you as early as possible if we need to reschedule for any reason.

Vehicle condition and liability

We take care with every vehicle we service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, or defects that are present before service begins. We will note any visible pre-existing damage prior to starting work.

We are not liable for items left inside your vehicle. Please remove valuables before your appointment.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during service that is directly caused by our work, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle. Prices are as listed on our website and may be adjusted for vehicle size, condition, or add-on services communicated in advance.

Service location requirements

We are a fully mobile service. You are responsible for ensuring we have reasonable access to your vehicle and a safe area to work. We need access to your vehicle for the duration of the service. You do not need to be present, but vehicle access must be arranged in advance.

Website use

This website is provided for informational and booking purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and service information current. Errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them. Use of this website is at your own risk.
